摘要
鉴于Flt 1在肿瘤及其他由于病理血管生成而导致的多种疾病中的核心作用和分子标记作用 ,本文通过PCR扩增出的VEGF受体Flt 1N端 1~ 3个IgG样loop基因 ,经过基因重组实现了Flt 1在原核表达体系 5X 1的融合表达。
Tumor angiogenesis is a highly regulated process under the influence of the host microenvironment and mediators.Vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),an important regulator of tumor angiogenesis,is a potent angiogenic polypeptide that activates two distinct high affinity tyrosine kinase receptors,flk 1/KDR and flt 1.Being that angiogenesis is a precursor to the development of progressive disease and that flt 1 is good markers of vascular proliferation,we cloned and expressed VEGF soluble receptor Flt 1 N terminate 1 3 IgG like loops fused with GST in E coli.
