摘要
铅锌是中国重要的有色金属矿产,也是传统的优势资源。随着中国长期对铅锌资源的高强度开发,资源优势已逐渐弱化。针对铅锌资源安全形势,按照指标性质和资源安全尺度,构建了短期安全指标和战略安全指标。从需求端分析了铅锌资源消费现状,并预测了未来的消费情况;供应端从国内资源供应、境外资源开发和资源市场情况进行了综合研究。通过数据标准化后,计算评价了2000-2010年中国铅锌资源安全情况,并设定情景对未来资源安全形势进行了定量判断,对国家制定铅锌资源开发及相关产业发展政策具有重要参考意义。
Lead-zinc is one of China＇s important nonferrous and traditional superior resources too. Nevertheless, until present time this initial advantage has dissipated as a result of the high-strength exploration of lead -zinc resources. In view of the security situation of Chings lead-zinc resources, this paper put forwards short-time and strategic security index system in accordance with index properties and the standards of resources security. The current situation of lead -zinc resources consumption was analyzed and the future situation predicted also from the demand end. From supply end, the detailed and comprehensive research on domestic supply, foreign exploration and conditions of market were made. After the standard analysis of the data, the security of China＇s lead-zinc resources in 2000%2010 was evaluated, and the quantifiable judgment of the security of China＇s lead -zinc resources in the future was made by setting the cir- cumstances. The conclusions could have important reference significance for the country to make policies of developing lead-zinc resources and related industries.
