摘要
针对目前加药精度不高的状况,设计一种具有精度高、性能可靠、工艺简单的加药控制系统。该系统以计算机和PLC作为控制主机,称重传感器为检测部件,直接测控添加药剂的重量。矿山应用情况表明,该控制系统在提高加药精度、降低药剂消耗、提高生产指标、降低工人劳动强度等方面具有积极作用,每月可节省药剂约42%。
In view of the current situation of lower accuracy of dosing in minerals processing, a dosing control system with high accuracy, reliable performance and simple process was designed. This system uses computer and PLC as the control host and weighting sensor as the detection unit, directly control the additive weight of mineral processing reagents. The application in mine indicated that the dosing control system has active effect in improving the dosing accuracy and production indexes, reducing reagents consumption and the labor intensity of workers, monthly saving reagents about 42%.
