选矿法回收某废杂铜冶炼尘渣中的铜锌 被引量:2

Becovering Copper and Zinc from Scrap Dust and Slag of Copper Smelting by Beneficiating Method

摘要 采用选矿法对某废杂铜炼铜尘渣中的铜锌进行了回收研究。根据尘渣的物相分析结果和粒度分析结果,经简单破碎、自磨、筛分后丢弃含铜、锌低的粗粒部分,细粒部分并入其他处理流程。中粒级部分经磁选除铁后即得到铜作业回收率为96.46%、锌作业回收率为97.76%,铜锌综合品位为80.25%的合格精矿产品;细粒级部分经磁选、摇床重选后得到铜作业回收率为33.07%、锌作业回收率为2.15%,铜锌综合品位为79.81%的精矿产品。 The recovery of copper and zinc from scrap copper smelting mixture (mixed by dust & slag) hy heneficiating method was studied. According to the phase composition analysis and particle size analysis of the scrap mixture, after crushing,autogenously grinding and screening the coarse- grained part with low content of copper and zinc was discarded, and the fine-grained part was disposed with other pro- cessing flowsheet. By the magnetic separation of the middle-grained part, a qualified concentrate with general copper and zinc grade of 80.25 % was obtained, the operating recovery rates of copper and zinc were 96.46% and 97.76%.% respectively. By magnetic separation and shaking table separation of the fine-grained part, a qualified concentrate with general copper and zinc grade of 79.81% was obtained, the operating recovery rates of copper and zinc'were 33.07 %//00 and 2.15 % respectively.
