大采高综放面顶煤应力分布规律模拟研究

Numerical Simulation of Stress Distribution Law of Top coal in Fully-mechanized Caving Face with Large Mining Height

摘要 根据平朔井工二矿29209采区煤层赋存条件及工作面煤层顶底板条件,建立了工作面开采计算模型,利用数值模拟方法研究了工作面推进过程中顶煤的破碎特征及应力分布规律,得出工作面推进12m时压力峰值增幅最大,最高峰值约为原岩应力值的1.9倍。模拟结果对提高放煤效率、控制顶板具有重要意义。 According to the occurring conditions and floor conditions of the coal seam in the 29209 mining face of No. 2 Deep Mine of China Coal Pingshuo Group Ltd, a calculation model of mining face was established,the fracture characteristics and stress distribution law of top coal in advancing process of caving face were studied by numerical simulation. It was concluded that the increase of peak pressure was maximum when the advancing distance of working face was 12 m,the maximum peak pressure was the about 1.9 times of initial rock stress. The simulated results have important significance to the increase of coal caving efficiency and the roof control.
