摘要
对采用自四川、辽宁、山东及韩国的八代按蚊和四川的筠连按蚊,进行核糖体DNA第2内转录间隔区(rDNA-ITS2)序列差异分析。结果显示:四川、辽宁及对照韩国八代按蚊群体间的ITS2序列同源性达96.7%~99.6%;筠连按蚊与各地(除山东外)八代按蚊间序列同源性达96.2%~99.8%,与四川同域的八代按蚊除一个碱基缺失外,rDNA-ITS2序列完全相同,显然属于种内变异水平,筠连按蚊可能是八代按蚊的同物异名:而山东八代按蚊与各地八代按蚊相比则同源性仅70.4%~71.1%,差异明显增大,提示山东的“八代按蚊”为一存疑蚊种,其分类地位尚需要进一步研究确定。
The sequences of second internal transcribed spacers of ribosomal DNA (rDNA ITS2) of different sources of Anopheles yatsushiroensis and An.junlianensis from China has been compared.The range of identity of Anopheles yatsushiroensis among the specimens from Sichuan,Liaoning,and South Korea (control) was from 96 7% to 99 6%. The range of identity among An.junlianensis and different sources of An.yatsushiroensis, except Shandong,was 92 2% to 99 8%.The rDNA ITS2 sequences of An.junlianensis and An.yatsushiroensis from symptric Sichuan province was identically except the loss of one base “T” at position 491,the variation between above two mosquito species was in the intraspecific level,and belong to the same species.The An.junlanensis should be the synonym of An.yatsushiroensis. The identity of An.yatsushiroensis from Shandong varies from the other sites in the range of 70 4% to 71 1%.It indicated that An.yatsushiroensis from Shandong would be a doubtful species.
