摘要
目的 :观察氯菊酯在人皮肤上的残留率。方法 :气相色谱法。结果 :氯菊酯在人皮肤上的残留率因涂布部位不同而异 ;加入阻滞吸收剂可减少该药的衰减。结论 :该药在皮肤上的残留率与时间 (h)的对数值呈一定的负相关性 。
The present paper was about the studies on residual rate of permethrin on the surface of human skin.It proves that the residual rates of permerhrin are diffenence according to application on the surface of different human skin parts. When we added abstructing absorption reagent,the ruined rate of permethrin on the surface of human skin was reduced.The relation between logarithm of time (hour) and residual rate on the surface of human skin appeared the negative correlativity.But no correlativity was observed on the surface of glass.
