摘要
采用气相色谱测定了胰酶中残留的丙酮溶剂,并通过外标法定量分析其含量。气相色谱条件为:氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),DMF作为溶剂,DM-WAX色谱柱(30 m×0.53 mm×1μm),载气为氮气,进样口温度为200℃,检测器温度为300℃,柱温采取程序升温。气相色谱法检测丙酮的加标回收率为92.5%~98.0%,检出限(3S/D)为0.05μg/mL。
A method for the determination of solvent residue of acetone in pancreatin was established using gas chromatography. The solvent used in the determination was DMF, the column used was DB-WAX (30 mX0.53 mm×1utm), the carrier gas used was nitrogen, the injector temperature was 200℃, the detector temperature was 300℃, and the column temperature was programmed in the determination process. Gas chromatography tested acetone and quantitatively analyzed by external standard method. Gas chromatography detection limit (3S/D) found for the determination of acetone was 0.05 ktg/mL and values of recovery found by standard addition method were in the range flom 92.5%~98.0%.
