摘要
在氧化锆中加入不同质量分数的氧化钇,采用1460℃常压烧结,保温4 h,制得氧化钇稳定氧化锆陶瓷。并分析不同的氧化钇含量下,氧化锆陶瓷相变化、材料密度、维氏硬度、抗弯强度、抗热震性的变化。当氧化钇质量百分含量达到5.5%的时,材料的密度、硬度、抗弯强度等力学性能达到最大值,并且此时的抗热震性较好,超过这个临界值,材料的性能将下降。
Adding different mass fraction of yttria in zirconia, the yttria stabled zirconia ceramics were prepared by using the atmospheric sintering with 1460 ℃and the heating preservation for 4 h. The phase composition, density, vickers hardness, fracture toughness, the bending strength properties and thermal shock resistance of zirconia ceramic with different yttrium oxide content were analyzed. When the yttria percentage reached 5.5 %, material density, hardness, bending strength and other mechanical properties achieved the maximum value, and the thermal shock resistance was also better. Over the critical value, the properties of materials would be decreased.
