恢复期摄氧量与跑步经济性的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了解恢复期摄氧量与跑步经济性之间的关系,先通过实验测量恢复期摄氧量与跑步经济性的结果,然后通过统计分析得出二者之间的关系,试图建立用自变量恢复期摄氧量推测因变量跑步经济性的回归方程。该研究选择12名定向越野和中长跑项目学生运动员作为受试对象,采用MAX-II运动心肺功能测试系统测量摄氧量,让受试者在10 km/h的速度下跑5分钟,最后2分钟的摄氧量的平均值作为跑步经济性,恢复期摄氧量选择恢复期前10秒的摄氧量。研究发现,自变量恢复期前10秒的摄氧量测量结果为(33.84±3.12)ml.kg-1.min-1,跑步经济性的测量结果为(33.45±3.24)ml.kg-1.min-1,自变量恢复期前10秒的摄氧量与因变量跑步经济性之间差异不具有显著性(P>0.05),二者之间的相关系数为0.92(P<0.01),基于恢复期前10秒的摄氧量推测跑步经济性的回归方程为:y=3.297+0.893x。研究表明,恢复期前10秒的摄氧量与跑步经济性之间高度相关,可以利用运动后恢复期前10秒的摄氧量推测跑步经济性。 The purpose of this study was to understand the relationship between the recovery period oxygen uptake (VO2F10) and the running economy (RE). Firstly, we got the test results of the VO2F10 and RE, based on the statistical analysis, we attempted to build the prediction regression equation between the independent variable VO2F10 and the dependent variable RE. We chose 12 student athletes majored in orienteering and middle -long distance running. The 5 girls' basic situ- ation: age (20.50±1.00) years;height (163.01 ±4.27) cm, weight (52.96±3.28) kg; The 7 boys' basic situation : age (20.25 ± 0.71 ) years ; height ( 173.64 ± 4.64) era, weight (66.57 ± 4.60) kg. By using the MAX - II cardiopulmonary exercise testing system, we have measured the VO2. Subjects ran 5min under the speed of 10kin / h, the average oxygen uptake during the last 2rain was chosen as the dependent variable (RE), and the first 10 seconds recovery oxygen uptake was selected as the independent variable (VO2F10). The results of the independent variableVO2F10 was (33.84 + 3.12) ml kg-1 ~ min-1 ,and the dependent variable RE was (33.78 ±.3. 35) ml.kg-1 .min-1, the differences between the independent variable VO2FIO and the depend- ent RE was not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). The correlation coefficient between independent variable VO2 F10 and the dependent RE was 0.92 (P 〈 0.01 ) ; and the regression equation was : y = 3. 297 +0. 893x. The conclusion was that, since the variable independent variable VO2F10 was highly correlated between the dependent variable RE, you can use the recovery VO2 within 10s of the VO2 recovery period to predict running economy.
