摘要
通过臭氧氧化法处理酸性橙、直接嫩黄和直接玫红溶液模拟的印染废水,考察了反应时间、温度、pH、浓度等因素对处理效果的影响。结果表明,3种染料都随着pH的增加处理效果越好,在pH=13时,臭氧对酸性橙、直接嫩黄、直接玫红的去除率分别是90.9%,91.1%,89.7%;3种染料在浓度为500 mg/L时的去除率都比1 000 mg/L时候略大,说明在污染物处于低浓度下,臭氧氧化的效果更好;3种染料的最佳处理温度也都在35℃左右,温度对直接嫩黄和直接玫红的影响并不是很大,对酸性橙染料的去除效果影响较大。
Through the treatment of acid orange, direct yellow and direct rose dye wastewater by ozone oxi- dation. Discussing the influence of reaction time, temperature, pH and concentration, etc. on treatment effect. The results show that:For the three kinds of dyes, the greater the pH,treatment effect is better. In the pH = 13, the treatment efficiency of acid orange, direct yellow and direct rose by ozone is 90.9%, 91.1% ,89.7%. In the concentration of 500 mg/L of the removal rate is slightly larger than 1 000 mg/L. It states that the effect of ozone oxidation is better when pollutants are in low concentrations. The best pro- cessing temperature is 35℃. The effect of temperature on direct yellow and direct red is not great, but it dose great influence on acid orange.
