摘要
通过Fluent数值模拟软件针对4个掌子面施工通风隧道速度场进行模拟计算,根据规范要求,确定合理的通风参数.结果表明:采用直径为2m的风管,风管末端与掌子面距离不应超过25m,风管风速度为10m.s-1时,通风效果满足规范要求.该结论为现场通风方案的设计提供了理论依据.
The construction ventilation with middle partition is used for inclined shaft and pressed ventila- tion for main tunnel in Guanjiao Tunnel. The velocity fields on construction ventilation for 4 working faces of Guanjiao Tunnel are simulated by using FLUENT software. According to the Technical Specification for Construction of Railway Tunnel (TB10204--2002) provisions, reasonable ventilation parameters are deter- mined. The simulation results show that distance between end of air duct and outlet to working face is less than 25 m. Air ducts wind velocity is more than 10 m ~ s-1. The conclusion can provide reference value for construction ventilation schematic design.
