摘要
针对某电子产品连接板冲压件模具设计,零件被集成起来以实现多种功能。在弯曲工位设计了顶起销。为确保上下模对Ф精度,模具采用4根精密滚珠导柱;为了保证卸料板与各凸模之间的间隙,在卸料板上加导套,同时延长了模具使用寿命。
Aiming at the die design of stamping part of junction plate for some electronic product, the die parts were integrated to realize multiple functions. In the bending station, the lifdng pin was designed. To ensure the alignment accuracy of the upper and lower die, four precision ball guide columns were used. To ensure a gap between the stripper plate and the punch, the guide sleeve was added in the discharge plate. At the same time the die service life was extended.
