摘要
辅导员隐性知识转移的凝聚力较低,大多数扮演吸收知识角色,但转移效率较高;融洽的情感关系、拥有相同性别、相似职称和学生工作年限有利于知识的转移;男性优于女性,职称越高和学生工作年限越长越有利于知识转移。其中学生工作年限对知识提供者的地位有显著的正向作用。
Tacit knowledge transfer has low cohesive force for college advisors, most of whom play the part of knowledge absorber, yet the transfer efficiency is high. Knowledge transfer is more likely to occur when the advisors have good relationship, the same gender, similar professional titles and simi- lar work seniority. Males do better than females, and also the higher their title is and the longer they work, the more likely knowledge transfer is to occur. Work seniority, in particular, exerts a positive impact on the provider's status.
