摘要
目的探讨阿托伐他汀在治疗冠心病(CHD)中的抗炎作用。方法 2010年1月至2011年12月我院门诊及住院冠心病患者120例,随机分为2组:对照组和治疗组,每组60例。两组均按CHD伴高脂血症常规内科治疗,治疗组加用阿托伐他汀20 mg,1次/d,口服。比较两组患者血脂及血清C反应蛋白、一氧化氮等水平变化及心绞痛、心律失常发作次数,心力衰竭、脑卒中事件及不良反应等情况,并对比其疗效。结果治疗8周后,治疗组总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、C反应蛋白等均较治疗前显著下降,高密度脂蛋白及一氧化氮均显著升高,治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后上述指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗期间发生心绞痛、心律失常、心力衰竭加重及脑卒中例数,治疗组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应例数比较差异无统计学意义。结论阿托伐他汀能通过抗炎作用治疗冠心病合并高脂血症,且不良反应少。
Objective To investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of atorvastatin on coronary heart disease. Methods 120 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were randomly divided into two group：treatment group and control group,60 cases in each group. All patients were given conventional treatment, and the treatment group was added with atorvastatin 20 mg, once dally. The lipids and serum C-reactive pro-tein, nitric oxide level changes and angina, arrhythmias number of attacks, heart failure and stroke events and adverse re-actions of the two groups were compared. Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the total cholesterol, triglycerides,low- density lipoprotein, C-reactive protein of treatment group were significantly lower, and the high-density lipoprotein and nitric oxide were significantly higher（ P 〈 0.05 ）, the above indicators of the control group showed no significant differ- ence（P 〉 0. 05 ）. During the treatment, the angina, arrhythmias, worsening heart failure and the number of stroke in treatment group were significantly lower than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was nosignificant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups. Conclusion Atorvastatin could treat coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia by anti-inflammatory effect between the two few adverse reactions.
