氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性冠状动脉综合征的效果观察被引量：4

摘要目的探讨氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的疗效。方法将ACS患者90例随机分为两组,各45例。对照组给予阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,观察组给予氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血小板凝集率低于对照组(P<0.01),两组患者在治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。结论氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗ACS疗效显著,可有效降低血小板凝集率,且安全可靠,值得临床推广应用。
