锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折临床疗效观察 被引量:11

摘要 目的探讨锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折临床疗效。方法选取46例胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各23例。观察组采用锁定钢板内固定治疗,对照组采用常规钢板内固定治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果两组患者术后1年,观察组总有效率、骨折愈合时间、完全负重时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者术后6个月和12个月膝关节活动度、胫骨平台内翻角(TPA)和后倾角(PA)度数差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论锁定钢板内固定对胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效较佳,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To explore the clinical effects of internal fixation with locking plate in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures. Methods Forty-six patients with tibial plateau fractures were selected as objects and they were evenly divided into observa- tion group in which the patients were given internal fixation with locking plate and control group in which the patients were given inter- nal fixation with conventional plate. The clinical effects of the patients in both groups were observed. Results The total effective rate, fractures healing time and full weight bearing time of the patients in the observation group during the first year after surgery were better than those of the patients in the control group ( P 〈 0.05). Six months and twenty months after surgery, the motion range of knee joint, the angles of TPA and PA of the patients in both groups had no statistical significance( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Treating tibial plateau fractures with internal fixation with locking plate which has better curative effects is worth promoting and applying clinically.
