摘要
病因病机认识的发展,是提高中医药临床疗效的重要前提。随着冠心病病理生理机制研究的深入,瘀毒从化病因病机得到进一步发展。治未病理论提示,从冠心病瘀毒从化病机入手,针对瘀毒形成阶段进行未病先防,针对瘀毒致变阶段进行既病防变,针对瘀毒留滞阶段进行瘥后康复,能进一步减少冠心病急性心血管事件的发生,改善预后,提高中西医结合防治冠心病的效果。
Objective The development and innovation of etiology and pathogenesis is an important precondition for improving the effect of traditional Chinese medicine. With the deep understanding of underlying pathological mechanism, the cognition of combina- tion and transformation of toxin and blood stasis had been researched significantly. Based on the theory of prevention and treatment of diseases,prevention of disease should start before disease formation caused by toxin and blood stasis, treatment of the disease should preventing disease exacerbation by blood - stasis and toxin,and recovery of the disease should pay attention to rehabilitation. Accord- ing this principle,acute cardiovascular events would be reduced,prognosis would be improved,and curative effect would be increased by integrated medicine.
