摘要
分析单人操作结肠镜教学过程中存在的问题,提出处理对策,采用体外训练方法,强调调镜、旋镜、回旋复位及退镜等方法联合、协调运用的重要性。
To analyse problems encountered during the teaching procedure of one man method of colonoscopy, countermeasures were put forward,external training is adotped, and the importance of combined and coordinated operation methods was emphasized which included adjusting ,spinning ,resetting and retreating colonoscope body.
