摘要
自主知识产权是武器装备建设的战略基点,需要对现实态势有清醒的认识。我军武器装备建设面临的自主知识产权的不利环境,集中体现在社会创新基础薄弱、发达国家技术壁垒严重、核心技术领域自主知识产权相对缺乏等方面,有其深刻的原因,应该针对性地采取措施。
Independent intellectual property is the strategic basic point in weapons and equip- ments construction, which is what we have to be aware of the current situation China＇s weapons and equipments construction is facing an adverse environment of independent intellectual property, which includes： instability of social innovation, severe technical barrier of developed countries and insuffi- ciency of independent intellectual property in core technology field and other aspects. Besides, there exists a profound reason that needs to be taken targeted measures.
