摘要
用指示植物和酶联免疫检测法对四川省 ,近两年来脱毒马铃薯试管苗和网室原种带病毒的情况进行检测 ;结果均表明马铃薯脱毒试管苗的带毒率在 5 1 %左右 ,网室原种也不同程度带有病毒。规范检测方法 ,制定有关规程是提高种薯质量的重要途径。
The detecting for the virus was done on free virus potato tissue cultural seedings and the stock seeds from the isolated nursery by indicative plant and ELISA for two years recently in Sichuan. The result indicated that the proportion of the virus which was carried by free virus potato tissue cultural seedings was about 51% and the stock seeds from the isolated nursery were infected by the virus to a certain extent. It is very important that formulating the concerned criterions such as the method of test to improve the quality of free virus seeds.
