摘要
该文针对燃煤电厂粉粒料制备和贮运处理流程中灰库加水湿式卸料系统加水搅拌机使用中常存在轴扭断、轴承座被拉裂、轴端漏灰等问题，研究设计了一种具有刀刃型叶片，活块化结构，双向密封等特点的新型加水搅拌机。该机器平稳运行时间及效能得到提高。
This paper aims at the problems of coal - fired power plant ash storage water - adding wet unloading system water- adding mixer such as shaft broken, bearing seat ripped, and shaft end leakage of ash that often happened during granulated powder preparation and storage process. A new type of water - adding mixer that have edge shape blades, movable block structure, bidirectional seal and other characterixtics was studied and desigened. The mixer＇s smoothly running time and its efficiency are improved.
