摘要
为了科学、准确地评价糯质高粱新选不育系,为糯高粱的品质改良提供优良的亲本材料,选用3个不育系、3个恢复系,按不完全双列杂交法组配9个杂交组合,测定其蛋白质、脂肪、总淀粉、单宁4个品质性状,采用DPS数据处理软件进行配合力及遗传效应的分析。结果表明,3个新选糯高粱不育中,11476A2总淀粉、脂肪的一般配合力均较高,11486A2蛋白质一般配合力高,11494A2单宁一般配合力高。加性方差与基因型方差的比值依次是蛋白质>淀粉>单宁>脂肪。从糯高粱的育种目标看,11476A2具有高的总淀粉配合力、低的蛋白质配合力,可能是优良的糯高粱亲本系。
In order to evaluate the new glutinous sorghum male sterility lines scientifically and accurately, provide excellent parent materials for quality improvement of glutinous sorghum, three sterile lines and three restorer lines were chosen, 9 hybrid combinations were matched by incomplete diallel crosses method in this study. The qualities about protein, fat, starch, tannic were analyzed by combining ability and genetic effects. The results showed that, in the three new glutinous sorghum male sterility lines, 11476A2 exhibited higher general combining ability in starch and fat. 11486A2 only presented higher general combining ability in protein. 11494A2 showed higher general combining ability in tannic. The order of ratio of additive genetic variance to genotype variance was： protein 〉 starch 〉 tannic 〉 fat. Bying glutinous sorghum breeding techniques target, 11476A2 presented high starch combining ability, and low protein combining ability, so that it may be a good glutinous sorghum parent system.
