摘要
环境社会系统发展学及基于三种生产四种关系的框架已具雏形,丰富并发展了可持续发展理论研究,并有望为生态文明建设服务。论文着重梳理了环境社会系统发展学公开发表的主要研究成果:第一,提出了环境社会系统发展学的概念、原则与方法,强调人类应当从整体观的视角去认识人类社会经济系统与自然环境系统之间的联系,从调整人类社会的组织方式和行为方式入手来促进人与自然的和谐;指出整体的和谐与公正是系统持续健康运行的灵魂与核心。第二,指出环境社会系统发展学的基本研究内容,核心是研究系统中的物质流(含能量流)及其影响物质流的"意识流"(含信息流)。第三,论述了三种生产论这一可持续发展的基本理论,清晰地描绘了环境社会系统中的物质流,为形成三种生产四种关系的框架奠定了基础。指出"三生共赢"是可持续发展的根本目标与行为准则。第四,从封闭区域、区域间等多个视角开展了三种生产中物质流研究,构建了基本模型,指出在环境社会系统中存在着三种供需关系。第五,从三种生产的人的生产、物资生产、环境生产各个子系统的视角看环境社会系统发展运行的相关研究。包括三大主体行为协同、伦理要求、环境教育、消费文明、生育文明、循环经济、环境影响评价、环境安全、环境承载力等。
Science of environmental-social system development （SESSD） and a framework based on three-kind production and four- kind relationship has already provided embryonic form. Since SESSD is expected to provide some theoretical support for the construction of ecological civilization, this paper reviews main R＆D of formally published papers of SESSD besides several dissertations and lectures. It consists of the following aspects. First, it put forward the concept of science of environmental-social system and its general principles and methods. It pointed out that human should study the system in whole and explore the interaction between man and nature the basis of adjustment of human social organization and behavior in order to promote the harmony between man and nature to achieve sustainable development. It promoted that the soul of sustainable development is harmony, and harmony and justice are the core of the system＇ s sustainable development. Second, the paper discussed basic contents of SESSD that include material flow and consciousness flow. Third, the paper systematically expounded three-production theory and ＇ sansheng （ means procuction, life and ecology ） win- win＇ principal is the fundamental goal and guideline to sustainable development. Fourth, the paper carried out material flow research based on the three-kind production theory, constructed material flow model, and put forward the three views on supply and demand, etc. Fifth, the paer finished study focusing on three subsystems of the three-kind production theory. It consisted discourse of three kinds of actors, ethical requirements of sustainable development, environmental education, moderate consumption, circular economy, environmental impact assessment, environmental security, and environmental carrying capacity, etc.
