摘要
主动市民化与被动市民化是从意愿上对于城镇化、市民化的区分。本文探讨了当前中国城镇化中的突出问题,提出要充分认识农民生活的利益格局、农民生活的基本逻辑与市民生活的巨大差别。符合农民利益的城镇化,农民才会有积极性。本文通过对实证调研数据的分析,探索了主动市民化、主动城镇化的多种途径、多种模式。
The active and passive urbanization is the division of urbanization and citizenship by will. This paper discusses the outstanding issues in China＇s urbanization now and puts forward the great differences between the benefits and living logic of peasants and urban dwellers. The urbanization that accords with the peasants＇ benefit will be welcomed by peasants. This paper explores modes and approaches of urbani-zation and citizenship on the basis of investigation data.
