钙钛矿锰氧化物Nd_(0.5)Sr_(0.5-x)Ba_xMnO_3(x=0.1,0.2)多晶的ESR研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过固相反应法合成了Nd0.5Sr0.5-xBaxMnO3(x=0.1,0.2)多晶样品,通过SQUID、XRD和电子自旋共振谱仪(ESR),对样品的结构和磁性进行了研究.XRD检测结果发现样品为单相,空间群为Pbnm.磁性测量和ESR结果表明,在降温过程中,样品经历了铁磁有序转变、电荷有序转变和反铁磁转变.根据ESR谱线的参数随温度的变化测量了各个磁有序转变温度. Polycrystalline samples Nd0.5Sr0.5-xBaxMnO3(x=0.1,0.2) were prepared by conventional solid state reaction method. The structure and magnetic properties have been studied with X-ray diffraction patterns,SQUID and ESR. The samples are single phase, and the space group is an orthorhombic Pbnm symmetry. With the decrease of temperature, samples undergo ferromagnetic transition, charge-ordering and antiferromagnetie transition. The magnetic transition temperature was observed by the spectral lines ESR.
