摘要
研究了黏胶纤维替代部分针叶木浆生产高透气度滤棒成型纸的可行性,分析了黏胶纤维对滤棒成型纸透气度及抗张强度的影响。结果表明,在实验室条件下,针叶木浆打浆度22°SR,黏胶纤维用量40%,增强剂用量1%,滤棒成型纸手抄片可获得较高的透气度和抗张强度,透气度达到3000 CU,抗张指数达到50 N.m/g。
The influences of viscose fiber on porosity and tensile strength of the filter plug wrapping paper was studied by mixing viscose fibers with softwood pulp fibers as raw material. The results indicated that adding viscose fibers can enhance porosity to 3000 CU and the tensile strength to 50 N. m/g when the conditions are as follows: the amount of viscose fiber is 40%, beating degree of softwood pulp is 22°SR, and the dosage of the strengthening agent is 1%.
