摘要 目的:比较CBL与PBL教学法在重症学科进修医师培训中效果。方法:200名进修医师被分为CBL组及PBL组,分别采用CBL教学法及PBL教学法进行教学培训;采用问卷调查,理论与实践操作及综合病例分析能力对各组进修医师进行考核评估及比较。结果:对于CBL教学法,进修医师表现出现更高的兴趣及认可度;在理论及综合病例分析能力考核中,CBL组得分明显优于PBL组,两组差异有显著性(P<0.05);在实践操作能力考核中,CBL组与PBL组无差异,两组无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:简单的CBL教学法结合1-2次PBL教学,在我科对进修医师培训中具有可行性及好的效果。 Objective: To investigate CBL and PBL teaching methods applied and compared in department of critical medicine for re- fresher doctors. Methods : Two hundred refresher doctors were classified into CBL group and PBL group. Two kinds of teaching methods were evaluated and compared by using questionnaire, speculative knowledge exam, clinical practice exam and case analysis exam forms. Results: CBL teaching is better than PBL teaching; and scores for speculative knowledge exam and case analysis exam were higher in CBL group than in PBL group ; there are significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion : The simple CBL teaching and occasionally PBL teaching are feasible during clinical training in department of intensive care unit. The final effect is very obvious in my department.
