摘要 将 4 0只京白育成蛋鸡平均分成 2组 ,分别置于 2个人工气候室内 ,对其中一组进行梯度高温处理 ,研究不同程度高温对 5种血清酶的影响 ,结果表明 :高温使谷丙转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶活性显著下降 ,使谷草转氨酶和肌酸磷酸激酶活性显著升高 ,乳酸脱氢酶活性受高温影响不明显。 Jingbai growers were placed into two environmentally controlled chambers,20 growers of them were treated by certain step high temperature,the effects of step high temperature on the activities of serum enzymes with gradually increasing temperature were studied.The results were as follows:The activities of glutamic-pyruvic transaminase and alkaline phosphatase significantly decreased in high temperature,and glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase and creatine phosphokinase significantly increased. The effect of high temperature on activities of lactic dehydrogenase was not significant.
