摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来,经济社会发展迫切需要知识的强力支持,地方高校如何服务区域经济成为高校需要面对的一个重要课题。教育的服务属性论、高等教育的服务职能论、教育经济一体化理论揭示了教育具有而且应该服务经济社会这一本质属性;服务型区域教育体系通过构筑服务型人才培养体系、服务型知识贡献体系、服务型学习服务体系凸显服务的本质与特征;实行地方高校转型发展,校企合作模式创新,变革政府管理行为,为服务型区域教育体系的建立找到有效路径。
With the coming of the era of knowledge economy, the development of economic society is in urgent need for the powerful support of knowledge. How to serve the regional economy has become an important task for the local universities. The viewpoint of educational service nature, the viewpoint of higher educational service function and the viewpoint of educational economic integration have indicated that education has but should have the essential nature of serving the economic society. To highlight the essence and characteristic of service, the service-oriented regional educational system should establish the effective paths through constructing service-oriented talent cultivation system, service-oriented knowledge contribution system, and service-oriented learning service system. To establish service-oriented educational system, the effective methods could be sought out by carrying out the transformation of the development of local universities, innovating the model of university-industry cooperation, and reforming the governmental management behavior.
