摘要
本文对低压变频器内部功率器件的热损耗原理及热损耗计算方法进行了全面的分析,讲解了冷却系统中热阻等效电路的基本原理。提出了一种采用机组对拖能量回馈的变频器温升试验方法。本方法降低了温升试验的能耗,提高了温升试验的准确性。
This article gives a comprehensive analysis on the theory of the heat dissipation of the low-voltage inverter, and presents a method of the heat loss calculation. A thermal resistance equivalent circuit of the heat dissipation system is discussed. A new method is described for the temperature-rise test of the low-voltage inverter, This method reduces the energy consumption of the temperature-rise test, and improves the accuracy.
