摘要
多电平变换器在高压大容量场合得到了广泛的应用,级联H桥型变换器模块化程度高,扩展性好,在6kV以上场合优势明显。为了实现四象限运行,并省去传统的工频变压器,本文提出一种基于高频变压器的背靠背级联H桥型变换器拓扑,采用多绕组高频变压器代替了多绕组工频变压器,从而显著节省了体积、重量和成本。通过对变换器的协调控制,可以实现能量的双向流动。文中给出的实验结果表明了拓扑的可行性和控制策略的正确性。
Cascaded H-bridge converter is a typical multilevel converter and has been widely used in industry, especially in 6kV or higher occasions. To enable the power to flow bi-directionally and eliminate the 50-Hz transformer, this paper presents a back to back converter, in which cascaded H-bridge topology is applied. And also high frequency which runs at 20kHz is adopted to reduce the size, weight and cost of the whole converter system. With proper control method, the power can flow bi-directionally and each part of the converter runs normally. The experimental result validates the topology and the algorithm.
