摘要 基于远程监控系统,对示范运营的燃料电池系统汽车,在实际道路运行条件下的输出状态参数进行记录和分析,对燃料电池系统的性能衰退做出统计意义上的估计。首先介绍了基于远程监控系统的数据采集方案;然后基于经验公式,给出了燃料电池一元非线性回归模型,并估计出了分段时间内的稳态极化特性曲线,对拟合优度进行了检验,最后给出了燃料电池电压衰退率的计算方法,分析了燃料电池系统中实际运行中的性能衰退变化规律。 A statistical analysis on vehicular PEM fuel cell performance degradation was carried out based on the data from remote monitoring system. The method by which the fuel cell status data was collected is introduced. The nonlinear regression model with one factor is setup based on the fuel cell voltage empirical formula. The polarized curves in segmented time periods are calculated and the goodness of fit is also checked. Method for calculating the voltage degradation rate is proposed and the degradation feature under real traffic condition is also analyzed.
