基层医院对产前超声检查实施路径管理的效果探讨 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨在基层医院对产前超声检查实施路径管理的效果。方法:设立路径管理小组,开发产前超声检查临床路径文本并实施。路径管理组:对在我院行产前超声检查的孕妇7 643例实施路径管理,记录分娩结果。对照组:未在我院及其他医院行规范检查而在我院分娩的产妇5 468例。将两组分娩结果进行比较、分析。结果:对照组胎儿畸形出生率明显高于路径管理组(P<0.05)。结论:对产前超声检查实施路径管理能降低畸形儿出生率,提高人口素质。 Objective:Explore the effects on pathway management of antepartum ultrasonography in the primary hospital. Methods: Design and establish the group of pathway management. Explore and practice the clinical pathway text of antepartum ultrasonography. The group of pathway management : Implement the pathway management on 7 643 pregnant women with antepartum uhrasonography and record the result of delivery. The group of comparison :5 468 pregnant women who are not regularly examined but delivered in hospital. Compare and analyze the results of delivery in the two groups. Results:The birthrate of fetus deformity in the comparison group is obvi- ously higher than the pathway management group(P 〈 O. 05). Conclusion:The implementation of pathway management of antepartum ultrasonography can reduce the birthrate of fetus deformity and improve the quality of population.
