摘要
目的 探讨变应性鼻炎患者的T淋巴细胞亚群改变。方法 应用间接免疫荧光法对 6 9例变应性鼻炎进行T淋巴细胞亚群测定。结果 常年性变应性鼻炎及季节性变应性鼻炎的发作期CD8+ 明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而CD3 + 、CD4 + 及CD4/CD8均显著高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1)。
Objective To investegate the changes of T lymphocyte subsets in patients with allergic rhinitis.Methods The ratio of T lymphocyte subsets were measured in 69 cases of allergic rhinitis by indirect immunofluorescence method.Results The ratio of CD 8 + T lymphocyte in patients with perennial allergic rhinitis and seasnal allergic rhinitis in attack period were significantly lower than those in the controls (p<0.01). Meanwhile, the ratio of CD 3 + CD 4 + T lymphocyte and CD 4/CD 8 were significantly higher than those in the controls(p< 0. 01).Conclusion The abnomunity of T lymphocyte-mediated immunity may play an important role in allergic rhinitis
