摘要
目的：观察非洛地平缓释胶囊治疗颈动脉斑块的影响。方法：经超声检查颈动脉有不同程度斑块形成的高血压病人８０例，分为２组。治疗组５０例（男性 ４４例，女性 ６例，年龄在 ７０ ａ ± ｓ ５ ａ）予非洛地平 ５—１０ ｍｇ，ｐｏ， ｑｄ，共 ３ ａ。对照组 ３０例（男性 ２６例，女性 ４例，年龄在 ６９ ａ ± ４ ａ）予珍菊降压片 ｌ—２片，ｐｏ， ｔｉｄ，共用 ３ ａ，每隔 ３～６ ｍｏ进行超声复查斑块变化情况，血压由门诊随访。结果：３ａ后复查发现，治疗组斑块长径和宽径均缩小，差别有显著意义（ Ｐ＜ ０． ０５）。对照组斑块长径和定程反见增大，差别亦有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：非洛地平在降血压的同时，并有稳定及消退斑块作用。对减缓动脉硬化、减少心、脑血管事件优于珍菊降压片。
AIM: To observe the effect of the slow-release felodipine capsule in treating the cervical artery plaques. METHODS: Eighty hypertension patients with different extent of the plaques examined by cervical artery ultrasonic were divided into two groups. The felodipine group of 50 patients (M 44, F 6, age 70 a +- s 5 a) received feledipine 5-10 mg, po, qd for 2-3 a. The control group of 30 patients (M 26, F 4, age 69 a +- 4 a) received Zhenju Jiangyaplan 1-2 tablets po, qd for 3 a. All the patients received the cervical artery ultrasonics to study the change in the plaques every 36 mo, while the systematic blood pressures were followed up in clinicals. RESULTS: Both the length and the width of the Plaques in felodipine group were significantly reduced (P < 0. 05) after 3 a, while those Parameters in control group were significantly dilated (P < 0. 05). CONCLUSION: Felodipine has the effect in stabilizing and eliminating the plaques besides its lowering blood pressure effect. And it's better than Zhenju Jiangyapian on slowing atherogenesis and reducing the morbidity of the cardiocerevascular accidents.
