摘要
目的:探讨多巴胺D3受体(DRD3)基因多态性与帕金森病(parkinson disease,PD)遗传易感性的关系。方法:采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术分析比较了130例PD病人和 120名正常对照者的 DR D3基因第 1号外显子 BalI多态性和第 5号内含子 MspI多态性。结果: DR D3基因 BalI多态位点和MspI多态位点各基因型的分布和等位基因频率在PD组和对照组间差异均无显著意义(均P>0.05)。结论:DRD3基因 BalI和 MspI多态性与 PD的遗传易感性无关。
AIM: To explore the association between genetic polymorphisms of dopamine D3 receptor (DR D3) gene and susceptibility to parkinson disease (PD). METHODS: The polymorphisms of DR D3 gene BalI and MspI which are in the exon 1 and intron 5, respectively, were analyzeds in 130 PD patients and 120 unrelated healthy controls with polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). RESULTS: For the two polymorphic loci we studied, no statistical differences were found in the allelic frequencies or genotypic distribution between the control and PD Patients (P > 0. 05). CONCLUSION: Our findings don' t support the hypothesis that susceptibility to PD is associated with the DR D3 gene polymorphisms examined in our population.
