摘要
目的：评价国产氨溴索片的祛痰疗效及安全性。方法：１２２例呼吸系统疾病病人随机分入治疗组（Ｔ组）６１例和对照组（Ｃ组）６１例，另外４０例作为开放组（Ｏ组）。Ｔ组和Ｏ组给予国产氨溴索３０ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ ｘ ２ ｗｋ； Ｃ组给予进口氨溴索 ３０ ｍｇ，ｐｏ，ｔｉｄ Ｘ ２ ｗｋ。均饭后服用。结果： Ｔ， Ｃ ２组的祛痰疗效及不良反应发生率差异均无显著意义（Ｐ＞０． ０５）。国产氨溴索对多种呼吸系统疾病病人祛痰的综合临床疗效的临控率为 ５９． ４ ％，有效率为９２． １％。该药对咳嗽、痰量、痰的性状、咳痰难度等各单项指标均有较满意的疗效。其不良反应发生率仅３．２％。结论：国产氨溴索片祛痰有效、使用安全，与进口氨溴索片相似。
AIM: To eveluate the efficacy and safety of domestic ambroxol. METHODS: Patients with respiratory disease(n = 122) were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group(T) of 61 patients received the domestic ambroxol tablet 30 mg, po,tid,for 2 wk,and control group(c) of 61 patients received imported ambroxol tablet 30 mg, po, tid, for 2 wk. Another open group(O) of 40 Patient with respiratory diseases received domestic ambroxol as same as T group. RESULTS: There were no significant differences in clinical efficacy and safety between Patients in T group and there in C group. The clinical control rate of domestic ambroxol was 59. 4%, effective rate was 92.1 %. CONCLUSION: The domestic ambroxol tablet is an expectorats with safety and effectiveness.
