摘要
根系微生物是植物根系微区域内丰富的微生物宝库,研究和利用根系微生物进行环境污染治理和修复成为研究热点问题。首先阐述了根系微生物的概念、形成原因和生理生化特性,并在基础此上分析了根系微生物在环境污染治理中的贡献、作用机理和应用现状;最后分析了根系微生物在未来污染治理领域的研究方向和热点。
Rhizosphere microorganisms are rich microbial treasure in plant root micro area. Research and utilization of rhizosphere microorganisms for environmental pollution control and repaimlent become hot research issue. In this paper, the concept of rhizosphere microorganisms, formation causes, physiological and biochemical characteristics are elaborates firstly. On the basis of this, the contribution of rhizosphere microorganisms in environmental pollution control, mechanism and application status are analyzed. Finally, the direction and hot spots of research in the field of rhizosphere microbial pollution control in the future are also analyzed.
