摘要
为掌握区域水环境状况,保障流域水环境安全并协调社会经济发展与水环境的关系,采用模糊综合评判法对通州区进行水环境安全评价,结果表明,通州区水环境处于偏不安全状态,其主要影响因子是:水域水功能区水质达标率、劣于Ⅲ类河段比例、第三产业比重、工业用水重复利用率、单位面积化肥使用量和森林覆盖率。针对上述问题提出了相应的防治措施。
In order to grasp water environment situation, and guarantee water environment security and coordinate the relation be- tween socioeconomic development and water environment, the paper used fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate water environment of Tongzhou District. Results show that the water environment situation is unsafe, and the main factors among all the indicators are: the water quality reaching the standard in water function areas, river section worse than class Ⅲ, the proportion of the tertiary industry, recycling rate of water used by the industries, chemical fertilizer on unit area and percentage of forest cover. To aim at the most important factors, it also probes the prevention measures.
