新辅助放、化疗在低位直肠癌保肛手术中的作用 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨新辅助放、化疗在低位直肠癌保肛手术中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析我科采用术前新辅助放、化疗的42例T3～T4期低位直肠癌患者资料,术前行新辅助放、化疗。结果 42例患者肿瘤体积均出现缩小、变软,肿瘤距肛缘距离增加,平均增加2.1cm,其中35例(83.3%)拟行MILES术式者改行低位吻合保留肛门术式(TME),术后平均随访19个月,无复发、转移及死亡病例。结论术前新辅助放、化疗可显著提高低位直肠癌保肛率,并且安全性高,是非常可行的治疗选择。
