摘要
目的应用异基因外周血干细胞移植 (allo PBSCT)对恶性血液病进行根治性治疗 ,观察造血重建及并发症情况。方法对一例急性淋巴细胞白血病完全缓解期的患者移植HLA完全相配的其胞兄外周血干细胞。移植单个核细胞合 7 14× 10 8/kg ,CFu GM 2 8.32× 10 4/kg。GVHD预防用短疗程MTX加小剂量CSA。结果术后 14天中性核细胞 >0 .5× 10 9/L(术后 15天 >2 .0× 10 9/L) ,BPC于术后 14天 >30× 10 9/L ,术后 2 0天显示骨髓造血重建 ,术后 17天经DNA位点检测表明移植物植入成功 ,无其它并发症及急性GVHD发生。结论本例allo PBSCT已获初步成功 ,显示其造血重建快的优点。
Objective To apply the allogeneic perpheral blood stem cell transplantation(allo PBSCT)for treatment of hematological malignancies, and to observe the hematopoietic reconstitution and transplantation related complications. [WT5”HZ]Methods [WT5”BZ]a 35 year old man with acute lymphocytic leukemia in complete remision received PBSCT from his HLA compatible brother, the patient wasreceived 7.14×10 8 mononuclear cells/kg,CFu GM28.32×10 4/kg.MTX and LD CSA were given to prevent aGVHD. Results ANC>0.5×10 9/L on 14 th day,Posttransplantation(>20×10 9/L on 14 th day,bone marrow showed hematopoietic reconstitution on 20 th day, the DNA fingerprinting showed engraftment on 17 th day,and without complications or acute GVHD.Conclusion The treatment of all by allo PBSCT has sullessed and,showing that it can rapidly recostitute hematopoiesis.
