摘要
目的用中西医结合的方法观察抵克力得 (Ticlopidine)与川芎嗪联合治疗缺血性脑血管病的临床疗效。方法将 5 2例病人 ,男 2 8例 ,女 2 4例分为两组 ,治疗组 32例 ,对照组 2 0例 ,治疗组Ticlopidine 2 5 0mgqd ,川芎嗪 80～ 140mg divgttqd ,1个月为 1个疗程。对照组单用Ticlopidine 2 5 0mgqd。结果治疗组总有效率优于对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,1年后复发率治疗组 12 5 % ,对照组 30 % ,低于国内大宗病例与阿斯匹林的比较。结论中西医结合治疗缺血性脑血管病优于单用Ticolpidine的治疗 ,两者联合应用 ,既预防又治疗 ,两者兼顾。
Objective To observe the effect of Ticlopidine and Ligustrazine to treat Ischemic cerebrovascular diseases. Methods Fifty two patients of Ischemic cerebrovascular diseases that male 28,female 24 were divided in to two groups,with 32 patients in treated groups were given Ticlopidine 250mg qd and Ligustrazine 80～140mg ivgtt qd ,The coures of treatmant was one month, 20 patients as control group were given Ticlopidine 250mg qd only. Results The efficacy rate treated group was higher than that in control group ( P <0.05)and nervous function was improved markedly.The recurrence rate in treated group was 12.5%,in control group 30% after one year. The percentage was lower than that of most treated case with Aspirin. Conclusion Treating Ischemic cerebrovascular diseases with both tradtional Chinese medicine and western medicine was better than with Ticlopidine only and to patients may lead to preventative and curing effect.
