医学资料卡方检验的快速计算程序 被引量：3

摘要 目的实现对各种计数型医学资料统计分析中卡方检验的快速计算。　方法根据卡方及校正卡方标准公式 ,编写了精确卡方值及校正卡方值的计算程序 ;具体概率P值计算程序根据PAULSEN公式及孙瑞元近似公式编写 ;使用有编程功能的计算器 (如CASIO -FX - 380 0P) ,通过输入两个计算器程序 ,快速计算出精确卡方值及具体概率P值。　结果运用此两个程序计算出的卡方值及具体概率P值与用SAS软件包计算出的结果在医学所要求的有意义范围内 (0 .0 1 )完全一致。　结论运用这两个程序可以大大提高计算速度 。
