摘要
[背景 ]高血压脑内晚期张力性血肿尚未引起临床医生的足够重视 .[病例报告 ]2例脑出血病人均符合内科治疗标准 ,治疗后病情好转 ,2周左右又出现高颅压症状 ,脱水治疗效果欠佳 ,复查脑CT见血肿范围增大 ,密度区内高密度区缩小 ,中线结构移位明显 .[讨论 ]高血压脑内晚期张力性血肿早期外科治疗能挽救生命 。
BACKGROUND It was not yet much paid attention to intracerebral tension hematoma of late hypertension by the clinicians. CASE REPORT Two cases of cerebral hemorrhage were fit for the criteria of treatment in department of internal medicine and the patient's condition was got better after treatment. But the symptoms of high intracranial pressure were again appeared after two weeks and had no good enough for the dehydration treatment. After examining again by the computed topography, the range of hematoma was increased, the high density area was narrowed within density area and the structure of median line was significantly displaced. DISCUSSION The life could be saved and the prognosis could be improved if the intracerebral tension hematoma of late hypertension is early treated by surgery.
