[目的 ]研究草苁蓉多糖对小鼠脾细胞白细胞介素 2的产生及活性的影响 .[方法 ]应用活化的小鼠脾细胞测定白细胞介素 2 .[结果 ]草苁蓉多糖能明显促进小鼠脾细胞产生白细胞介素 2 .[结论
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of Boschniakia rossica polysacharides on the generation and activity of interleukin 2 of mouse splenocytes. METHODS To detect interleukin 2 by using the activated mouse splenocytes. RESULTS Boschniakia rossica polysacharides can enhance the generation of interleukin 2 of mouse splenocytes. CONCLUSION Boschniakia rosscia polysacharides have the function of increasing the immunity in mice.
