气相色谱法测定甘草药材中9种有机氯农药的残留量 被引量:6

摘要 目的:建立同时测定甘草药材中9种有机氯农药残留量的气相色谱法。方法:采用气相色谱法,毛细管色谱柱DB-1701(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm),进样口:220℃,柱温:初始140℃保持1 min,以10℃/min的速度升至210℃保持1 min,再以20℃/min的速度升至260℃保持20 min;检测器:300℃;载气为高纯氮(纯度>99.999%);载气流速:1.0 ml/min,恒流模式,不分流,进样量1μl。结果:9种有机氯农药在1~250 ng/ml浓度范围内呈良好线性关系;加样回收率平均为102.40%,RSD为2.12%(n=9)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,可用于测定甘草药材中9种有机氯农药的残留量。 OBJECTIVE:To establish gas chromatography(GC) for simultaneous determination of the contents of 9 organochlorine pesticides in licorice root medicinal material. METHODS:The determination of contents was performed by GC,briefly,capillary column DB-1701 (30 m ×0.25 mm,0.25μm)was used,with injection port temperature kept at 220 ℃;column temperature kept at 140 ℃ for 1 min then raised to 210 ℃ at an increasing rate of 10 ℃/min,with the temperature retained for 1 rain then raised to 260 ℃at an increasing rate of 20 ℃/min, with this temperature retained for 20 rain;the detector temperature was kept at 300 ℃ ;the carrier gas was high purity nitrogen ( 〉 99. 999% ) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min in constant current mode without split flow with injection volume of 1 μl. RESULTS:The linear ranges of the 9 organochlorine pesticides were 1-250 ng/ml. The average recovery rate was 102.40% with RSD of 2. 12% (n = 9). CONCLUSION: The GC method is simple, rapid and accurate, and it is suitable for the content determination of 9 organochlorine pesticides in licorice root medicinal material.
