摘要
目的:了解2011年某院胸外科肺癌患者化疗药应用现状及合理性,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对2011年某院接受全身化疗的肺癌患者应用化疗药的情况及合理性进行回顾性统计、分析。结果:纳入研究的肺癌患者共计73例,化疗方案共使用154例次,多西他赛、紫杉醇脂质体、吉西他滨联合铂类的联合治疗方案是最常用的化疗方案。部分药物的使用存在不合理现象,主要表现为预处理不当、溶剂选用不当及给药浓度不当。结论:该院胸外科肺癌患者应用化疗药基本合理,但部分药物的使用仍存在不合理之处,有待在今后的临床应用进行改进。
OBJECTIVE ：To investigate the status quo and rationality of the use of chemotherapeutics in patients with lung cancer from thoracic surgery department of a hospital for referencs of clinical rational use of drug in 20ll. METHODS ： The status quo and rationality of the use of chemotherapeutics in lung cancer patients undergoing systemic chemotherapy in a hospital in 2011 were subjected to statistical analysis retrospectively. RESULTS：A total of 73 lung cancer cases were included,for whom 154 times of chemotherapies were applied,and the most common combination therapy was docetaxel, paclitaxel liposome, gemcitabin plus cisplatin. Some of the drugs were used irrationally. Theirrationality manifested as improper pretreatment, improper choice of solvents and improper drug concentration. CONCLUSION ： The use of chemotherapeutics in lung cancer patients from thoracic surgery department of a hospital was rational on the whole yet some of the drugs were used irrationally and far from perfect thus it remains to be improved in future clinical application.
