摘要
目的 评价开放复位内固定对跟骨骨折的治疗效果。方法 运用重建钢板、可塑形钢板、Y形钢板和T形钢板对 6 9例77侧跟骨骨折进行治疗。骨折分型采用Sanders分型法 ,77侧骨折中 73侧获随访 ,随访时间 2～ 5 1个月 ,平均 14 2个月。结果 按Maryland足部评分系统评价术后功能 ,本组 73侧骨折中 ,优 2 9侧 ,良 40侧 ,可 4侧 ,优良率 94 5 %。
Objective To evaluate the effect of open reduction and internal fixation for calcaneal fracture.Methods Reconstruction plate,shapable titanic plate,T-shaped plate and Y-shaped plate were used in 77 calcaneal fractures of 69 patients.Those fractures were classified according to Sanders classification.Seventy-three fractures were followed-up from 2～51 months (average 14 2 months).Results Results were evaluated using the Maryland Foot Score,and excellent results occurred in 29,good in 40,fair in 4,the rate of excellent and good clinical results were 94.5 percent.Conclusions Open reduction and internal fixation should be considered fully in all calcaneal fracture with intra-artiular displacement.
