摘要
为考核AP1000核电爆破阀中使用的推进剂(CPN)的热性能与贮存寿命,探讨了利用药剂活化能、某一温度点加速试验快速评估贮存寿命的简便方法,利用Kissinger模型与DSC等测试手段,研究了CPN的活化能及热性能,选择75℃、84d,完成了CPN的温度应力加速寿命试验及样品的功能验证。结果表明:CPN具有良好的热稳定性,在常规温度条件下能够安全可靠地应用于AP1000爆破阀,寿命均大于2a。
For examining heat performances and storage life of CPN used in AP1000 nuclear power exploding valve, the simple storage life evaluating method had been discussed, on the basis of activation energy and single datum of accelerated life test. Using Kissinger model and DSC instrument, the heat performances and activation energy of CPN had been investigated. The accelerated life test and function verification of CPN had been carried out on the condition of 75 ℃ - 84days. The results showed that CPN behaved excellent heat stability and could be used in AP1000 exploding valve safely and reliably, on the condition of normal temperature, its storage life exceeds over 2 years.
